His Story: Paul

My name means "Humble."

God truly knows that I was anything but humble  before Jesus saved me! In fact, I was blind in the worst way possible.

I was spiritually blind. My story is introduced in the New Testament in the book of Acts. Under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, I wrote two-thirds of the New Testament. My original name was Saul, meaning "to ask or to question." I questioned the gospel of Jesus Christ and persecuted the saints of God. On my way to Damascus, I was blinded by a light from heaven.  To my astonishment, Jesus had a question of His own to ask me!  My pride and arrogance were quickly humbled.  I could no longer deny that Jesus was the Christ. Though I was blind, He caused me to see the truth.  I suffered much for Christ's sake, and did so gladly and used my boldness and zeal for the Lord's purpose. Though I may be bound, the Word of God is not bound!

Indicative of Paul's ardent personality, this intense fragrance is emboldened with burnt oak, representing his solid stand for Jesus Christ, despite his charring suffering. A hint of citrus zest portrays Paul's zealous spunk, while the lingering aroma of leather embodies his protection and relentless defense of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
